The company "Casali dei Baroni s.r.l." was founded by three business men of the territory. Since 2003, Michele Di Giovanni, Pasquale Graziosi and Mario Stifano, three men strong and tenacious, related to the lands of Campania (south of Italy), have joined their common passion for wine, giving life to this company that can be considered an emerging reality of Irpinia's wine making: "Casali dei Baroni".

The production structures are located in a building being in enlargement. The structure have modern equipments and steel tanks able to vinify about 350 quintals ofi grapes and capable of providing about 230 hectolitres of wine. The company also has barriques, with a total capacity of about 230 hectolitres, used for the maturation of wines of great structure and quality.
Bottling is done by a gravity machine.

Although early founded, the company is already known in the winemakers industry, achieving numerous awards for its white wines.
The vineyards owned or controlled by "Casali dei Baroni" are all located in the optimal altitue range: from 300 to 650 meters above sea level.

The vines are those typical of Irpinia territory: Aglianico, Coda di Volpe, Fiano di Avellino, Greco di Tufo. Every year "Casali dei Baroni" can produce good grapes that. The mild and favorable weather dell'Irpinia provides the essential and irreplaceable basis of the product, enhanced by sorting and selecting the best grapes for our wines DOC (Guaranteed Origin) and D.O.C.G (Guaranteed Geographic origin).
